There are two quizzes to take before your round of interviews - skills based/pattern recognition and culture fit. If you pass these, you will go through 2 to 3 interviews. These will usually be with your direct manager or one up.

HR department led interview process smoothly and updated me regularly regarding where I was on the process. But it took long time (about 1 month) to get interview invitation. Overall, it was good experience.
