I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Xangai, Xangai) in Apr 2015
Interview
Reasoning Test - Numerical section was fairy simple, consisted of 15 questions. This was followed by analyzing short passages in order to find the main idea. In my opinion, this was the hardest part, therefore I would recommend you start this first as opposed to Part 1 and Part 3. Part 3 was the "what's next" shape. For this section, I recommend you to do as many practices as possible. As a whole, the process went well! I wish all those who are sitting this test the best of luck!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2015
Interview
I had to take several online tests: reasoning test that were quite easy and management skills tests. Both were straight forward, the management skills one took much longer than suggested. Got a call after a few days saying I had a phone interview. They said I it should take 30 minutes but it was only 3 questions and took 15. All behavioral ones.
