Interview
In my opinion, the assessment was one of the most inane evaluations I have ever endured. They subjected us to childish games rather than serious job interviews. Furthermore, the endless behavioral questions, such as the number of ways to pose the same inquiry to determine if I am a “worthy candidate,” are utterly ridiculous. It is evident that they lack the expertise to effectively assess talent. However, if you prioritize your time and energy, I recommend seeking employment at a company that genuinely values your skills and experience over childish memory games.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Atenas, , Ática)
Interview
Rather difficult initial test, very understanding and behavioral tests. Slow responses from HR. Was given more time than initially attributed, and had very friendly experience with the interviewees. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Seriously, this was one of the stupidest assessments I've ever had to endure. They had us play these dumb games that felt more like something you'd find in a kindergarten classroom than in a serious job interview. And don't even get me started on the endless behavioral questions—like, how many ways do you need to ask the same thing to decide if I'm a "worthy candidate" or not? It's ridiculous.
They clearly have no idea how to actually assess talent. If you want to spend hours jumping through hoops and answering a million and one questions that feel like they’re pulled out of some outdated HR manual, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your time and energy for a company that actually values your skills and experience.
