Prescreening testing process is a complete waste of time. Basically an IQ test that you need to cheat on. Didn’t hear back for over a year, probably still haven’t. Would not recommend.
Amazing interview process, the people are very nice and want you to succeed and feel comfortable. The interviewers are patient and open to questions. There are also many locations! The questions are pretty standard, and the website details the process pretty thoroughly and there’s also a pdf document that explains the process in depth.
Started with online exams -- logic and personality. Call with HR. Then, 2 rounds of standard, non-technical interview questions. Met the team and received the offer in the 3rd interview!
