I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jan 2011
Interview
After a presentation at the University, I applied online and took 3 online tests, information about them is available online. About 2 weeks later, I was contacted to write a longer math and reasoning test on campus. Then I was invited for an on campus behavioural interview with 2 engineers. Questions were based on "describe a situation when you..." body language was important, they wanted you to appear relaxed and confident. 6 weeks later I was contacted for a site visit. I went and toured the plant and was interviewed three separate times...a very long and exhausting day. A few weeks later I was called and offered the position.

Question 1
What is your career goals in short term (1-3 yrs) and long term (5+ yrs)?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2009
Interview
It was interesting to say the least. The site asked some questions and then I did their Success Drivers assessment. Afterward I waited a week or so and found out that I was not accepted. If that is the case you have to wait up to 6 months I believe to reapply.
