First is an online test that evaluates your mathematical thinking, finding patterns and your memory.
If you pass that test the next step is a english test, where you have to answers some questions about differents hypothetical situations in a call.
Then the last step are 3 behaviour interviews with similar questions but with different people.
Overall is a very long process, like 5 months. They take very long to give notifications about the process.
