I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
1) Online Assessment - solvable with practice
2) First Round with regional manager
3) Second Round with plant technicians
Questions involved pre-given scenarios as well as behavioural questions. I did well in first-round interviews but did not make it through second round interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If there was a delay in the production of a certain chemical compound which was marketed to be released on a certain date, what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Oxnard, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Application, Assessment, Online Visit, Site Visit/In Person Interview. The recruiter made it seem as if I already had the job and the site visit was a formality. I didn’t prepare for an interview at the site visit, which there was, and I didn’t get the job. Not completely the recruiters fault, but another new hire said they had the same experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you took a risk, tell me about a time you made a process better, tell me about a time you had a conflict with a team member, tell me about a time you led a team.
It was a quick initial response, where a set of questions were required to be answered. After this process I was contacted almost immediately to conduct a video interview using a third party software.
