Interview
After applying online, I was sent a link for an online exam. The exam had to be taken within 48 hours and had three sections. They were similar to brain puzzles (P&G did a great job of explaining each section). After that, I received an email explaining I’d been selected for a phone interview. It ended up being a virtual teams one on one interview with an engineering team manager. I was asked 4 behavior questions and 3 situational questions. A couple days later, I received a text message saying I moved to the next phase and was asked to call to set up an on site visit for a tour and more interviews. Unfortunately, I became in contact with someone with covid and had to change this to an online format. I had an hour long virtual interview with two engineering/manufacturing team leads where they again asked 4 behavioral questions and 3 situational ones. Then I had a one on one teams meeting with a young engineer to be able to ask her questions about her experience at the company. A couple hours later, I had a one on one meeting with the plant manager who informed me that were impressed with my interview and were planning to give me an offer. I then received an offer a week later and had a site visit planned before I accepted the offer.

Interview
Behavioral and numerical assessments were asked to be completed within a stipulated deadline. Then I had to wait for a month to get a response for the same which was awful.
