Standard interview. Many questrions about strengths and weaknesses and asked for examples of leadership, attention to detail ect. Although it was a long interview (about 1 hour), it stayed on topic and there were no questions that seems inapproppriate. At the same time, there were no questions which took a novel approach to interviewing.
