Procter & Gamble Process Engineer I interview questions

After applying online and speaking with P&G at my university career fair. I took their assessments. The assessments didn't seem like effective ways to gauge a candidate's ability, but I advanced to the interviews. The interview was a basic behavioral interview. After the interview, a month went by with no response, so I assume I got rejected. With all the time I put into the application, would have been nice to at least hear back.
