I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Sep 2020
Interview
After applying online and speaking with P&G at my university career fair. I took their assessments. The assessments didn't seem like effective ways to gauge a candidate's ability, but I advanced to the interviews.
The interview was a basic behavioral interview. After the interview, a month went by with no response, so I assume I got rejected. With all the time I put into the application, would have been nice to at least hear back.

Question 1
How have you addressed disagreements with a team member?
It happened during a career fair. We chatted during that, not passed. Recruiters are all fresh employees. Overall, it is not bad. Good practice though. Not surprised cuz I don't have work experience and I didn't intend to prepare this.

Interview
Telephone, face to face, assessment centre. Process was fairly straightforward. There was a lot of strong candidate at the assessment centre. Exercises were super tough. However, if you are good I would recommend applying anyway!
