each interview last 1 hour with 9 questions. All behavior questions and expect you to answer in CAR (context, action and result). If you are answering and you stopped you, its because they want to know more details and to get the credits for you. The more details or more actions you provide in your answer, the better and they will capture the key word and take notes along the way. After they finish asking the 9 questions, you will have time to ask questions. You are allowed to skip question and then come back to re-visit it.
