Procter & Gamble Process Engineer I interview questions

I had a phone interview and i was flown in for 2 interviews and about 2 weeks later. I was asked behavioral questions over the phone and the same with two different interviewers when i went over there, dinner, breakfast and lunch with some of the team and a site visit

Overall pretty standard process to any big company. First assesment then rounds of interviews with different mid and senior management. Your background and major in university doesn't matter. They hire ususally people with up to 3-5 years of working experience. Also it makes sence to do some gmat test before application
