Straightforward interview process: online application form, online logical reasoning test, paper based logical reasoning test, 45 minutes competency interview. Very friendly interviewers, told me to relax and enjoy the interview as they just wanted to get to know me better. All of the questions were competency based. It went well with no uncomfortable questions at all.

i was contacted on phone for aptitude test, after writing the test,the result of the test was announced on the same day. Those that scale through the aptitude test were given a form to fill. The questions on the form were on personality check, how one would act in a particular situation, leadership position that one had occupied in the past and also one's academic performance. The subsequent interviews are based on these questions. The interview are in four (4) stages.
