Online assessment and interview with an HR who was not cool, maybe just not too open-minded. It was an online interview asking about the background and hypothetical situations. Normally it was just like other big companies but with a little bit less empathy

I was invited to the first interview within days of my online application it took a total of 10 weeks , 3 interviews one of them was online , the questions were behavioral & situational questions and also discussing my activities & experiences from my resume.

- Tell me a bout a time you applied something new and what was the outcomes

Multi steps in the interview including an exam, traditional/leadership interview and situational interview. Situational interview - questions would start with "tell me about a time when..." and answers should be given in the CAR (context, action, results) format.
