Interview
1.Registration Online through their Mentioned Site
2.If you fit their initial criteria , they'll call you to determine a date and time for their test .
3. The test is mixed : English and sort of GMAT or GRE iq and reasoning test (you should practice online samples as it is not easy to answer in allowed time )
4.I passed the test they Emailed me and then phone called to set a date for the interview.
5. The interview were three Copy-Paste HR only interview :
- Personal Life
- Achievements
- Your pros and Cons
-Challenging situation you Faced.
N.B : NO technical questions at all
N.B : They're very professional and you'll not be under tension due to them at all .

Question 1
The most difficult part of the interview is the length of the three consecutive interviews ; they're mentally exhausting and you can not think of recalling your life achievements if they are not very present in your mind all time.

Interview
First was internet test just to check how consistent you are.
Second stage is a shl test - be prepared, as test require fast calculations and good problem solvong skills.
Then it was an intrview based on my resume. There were 3 interviewers: my future manager, level-up manager and hr. Questions were all about situations using the following frameworks: problem -> your role in solving it -> result.

Question 1
I was well prepared and didnt get any complex questions.
Hiring and interview process was as professional as it can get. The frustrating part is after 5 positive interviews they decide to tell that there will be no job offerings. AI know many people going through the interview process with me and all of them got the same result. Interviewers from HR usually do stress interview but managers are relaxed.
