FIrst I sent my CV, motivation letter and so on. Then I had a phone interview after that there was a Reasoning test. Then I got a personal interview with one percon. She asked questions about my professional experience. I think it was really hard and you really have to be concrete on your answers.

Interview
Was invited to interview when recruiter came to campus. Set up a time based on his availability. Questions were basic ("describe a time when you had to work in a team", "Describe a time you made a team more efficient"). Interview did not last more than 25 minutes, but I asked questions about the company and thought I was doing well. Did not get an offer and did not hear back from recruiter.

Interview
It started with an online assessment of IQ, personality and background. Next, I received a phone call for an onsite assessment consisting of Reasoning, maths and IQ tests. After I was informed that I passed the tests, I was called for an 1:1 Interview with the department Manager. The interview consisted of numerous standard P&G's "Problem Context, What did you do, Results".
