The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Started by filling out an online application. Sent my CV and a cover letter. They got back to me a few days later with an invitation to take an online assessment. After taking the assessment, an HR representative reached out a day later to set up an interview with the hiring manager. After that, a few days later I had a panel interview with 3 separate people asking questions about my experience (using the STAR method- P&G calls it something different but same concept). After that interview I was asked for another interview with a potential colleague the next day. And then a meeting later that same day with the hiring manager and HR representative to discuss their offer. Expect about 4-5 hours of interviews total.
Although I declined, the team was top notch and the interview process was thorough. If you know your stuff and are qualified, you will most likely get an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
I applied online and did the personality test and cognitive assessment. About a week or two later, I received an email from a University recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. The interview had 5 behavioral and 2 situtational questions and time at the end for me to ask questions. I got an email a week or so after that requesting a final interview. This interview process included an hour-long introduction into P&G, 2 hour-long project reviews with current R&D engineers, and a final interview with a panel of engineers. The final interview was set up the same as the first: 5 behavioral and 2 situational questions. I got a call the next day with a verbal offer and received a formal offer two days after.
