I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapura) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview consisted of a total of 5 steps: Online application (resume and a few questions) & online test (Success Drivers Test where there is some personality tests follow by an IQ test with diagrammatical patterns), test at P&G (Math, verbal logical passage, diagrammatical patterns), 3 rounds of interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Lafayette, IN) in Sep 2014
Interview
They introduced an interview method called CAR. This is:
Context: First explain the surrounding context for which you were required to act upon.
Action: Describe your actions to remedy the problem or to create new opportunities.
Result: What was the outcome of your actions / how did the organization benefit?
The interviewer was nice, and also an alumni from my school where I was being interviewed, so that broke the ice. I was pretty nervous during the process and I think that may have had an effect on my interview outcome.

Before you are placed into the system you need to pass the two initial online tests. Following that there were two phone interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter and the second was with someone from the specific group you are interviewing. Finally a day interview.
