Interview
I applied online. I got an interview with a recruiter, which seemed to go well, we matched on salary range, notice period and so on. So she moved me to the next steps. They sent me a link to Codility for a coding challenge with 3 tasks. I completed all the tasks with a score 100 of 100 by all metrics. They invited me for a technical interview. We just talked a little about myself and he asked me some simple questions about system design. He was satisfied by all of my answers and this interview seemed to go pretty well too. After a few days I received an email stating that my profile did not meet their requirements. Without any further details. Application, all interviews and a couple hours of coding challenge is just a waste of time.
I recently had the opportunity to interview with Proxify for a Full Stack Developer position and I must say, it was a great experience. The interviewer was extremely knowledgeable and asked thought-provoking questions that really challenged me to showcase my skills and expertise. The company culture also seemed very welcoming and supportive, making it clear that they prioritize their employees' growth and development. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend Proxify to any Full Stack Developer looking for a new opportunity.

Interview
interview The interview process typically consists of several stages[1][2]. It usually begins with introductions and light conversation[1][3], followed by a professional pitch from the candidate[1][4]. This is then followed by a question and answer session, where the interviewer evaluates the candidate's skills and qualifications[1][4]. The process ends with final remarks from both parties[1][3]. The interviewer should provide candidates with all the information they need beforehand, such as interview questions and expectations[4].was good i got the offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Common interview questions include inquiries about the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills[1][2]. Questions about training and professional development are also important[3][4]. Employers should also ask questions to assess the candidate's fit for the role and company culture[5].
