1. Asks a behavioral question regarding teamwork. Mine was "Tell me about a time when you had to work in a group and what were the results of that particular assignment."
2. Asks a behavioral question about leadership. Mine was "Tell me about a time when you had to discipline or reprimand someone in (insert leadership position here)."

there are questions like the difficulty you have confront in the past teamwork and how to handle it, and what the line of thinking when you face a problem that need to solve.
Firstly, I had to pass 3 tests-English (quite easy multiple choice, no essay), Maths (based on easy tasks but lack of time, Logic (similar to SHL tests). Then we were supervised during 2 hours assessment center. Finally I had an interview with 2 managers and a leader of graduate HR. But it seemed to be quite formal interview about potential future work.

I think that I was not surprised by any task or question. I consider the logical test as the most difficult part for me but everybody could have a different opinion about the selection process. To AC: be yourself, proactive and try to be a little bit funny to get an attention of managers.
