Interview
Very quick, one phone call, one interview, offer. Other teams have longer interview processes, I got very lucky in this way. The interview felt more like a conversation, the interviewers were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel more confident in myself as it took some of the pressure of: it didn't feel like I was being assessed, more so that they were getting to know me.

The interview went well; it was more surface-level than technical. They weren’t strict about the structure and didn’t expect much background in the specific field, which made the conversation more relaxed and easier to navigate.
