I went through a referral application. I was contacted via email by the HR after more than a week of submission of referral and resume. There is an English Examination via Google meet and Google forms and then an interview with the HR. The questions asked were mostly on my resume and some situational questions concerning my work ethics and how I handle stress.
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
