Interview
I had 2 back to back interviews with a manager and a partner each for 30 mins. Generally asking my educational background, past work experience, some situational/behavior questions in a conversational way. Both interviews didn't take the whole 30-min window (around 20mins).

Describe a situation when you failed in a group and how you overcome with it. When you have multiple tasks due in a short time, how will you deal with it. Why you choose tax over audit.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
