Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.

A lot of questions were based around AI, leadership, and team work. Interviewers felt bored and wasn't engaged (probably focused on taking notes), the offer within 2 business days.

The interview was informal and friendly, mainly just a personality based interview. Two 30 minute interviews with Tax Directors discussing school and interests outside of school. Not a technical interview at all.
