Interview
*For the Agency Services Group*
I sent my resume in to a manager, and got a call a few minutes later to come in for an interview. The interview was behavioural in nature, and was asked what I knew about the role and the industry. The hiring manager was pleasant, but I could tell I wasn't what they were looking for. They went over the role itself, what day to day activities involved and what they were looking for in a candidate. I didn't get the role.
Make sure you know about the role itself and what it involves, as well as the commercial banking industry itself - key terms, ratios, products and rates.
