RBC Analyst interview questions

Phone interview through recruitment centre at university. The phone interview was roughly an hour and it was mainly fit questions, with some market based/ financial questions. Interview questions were mainly why you wanted to work there, and they wanted to assess your basic understanding of the industry.

The interviewer asked mainly behavior questions like why do you want to join the company, what is your strength and weakness, your leadership experience, teamwork experience. What do you anticipate to do for this role
