RBC Associate Career Launch Program interview questions

Very straight forward interview process- after you apply you will receive some set of assessment test, then you will attend a video interview of a series of questions, then you will have a panel interview.. interview will last about an hour.

The interview process was a 3-round competitive process starting with an initial assessment, video interview, and then a group panel interview with the other candidates for the last round. 100 individuals are accepted into the Career Launch Program Canada-wide.
