RBC Career Launch Program Associate interview questions

I applied in January 2020 for the Vancouver location and received the offer late February. Started in March. Three rounds: 1 - online screening aptitude test, attention and pattern recognition. Questions about work personality 2 - video recording question, situational behavioral ones and your beliefs in professional qualities (e.g what is leadership to you) 3 - In person group panel interview with 13 other candidates

There was a video interview where you had to record yourself answering the questions and then a panel interview with a number of other applicants when you performed tasks together like creating a sales pitch to sell a product explaining why you would hire the person seated next to you
