RBC Director interview questions

Telephone interview followed by in person with hiring manager, Vice President and HR. Salary negotiations then occurred. Company agreed to pay me full bonus for the year as a sign on. There was no probation period

Was scoped out on LinkedIn, recruiter followed up quickly and had phone interview first with recruiter, another phone interview with a director, then interview with VP. Met with recruiter in person before meeting with VP. After all was complete, recruiter wouldn't respond to emails or even tell me I didn't get the job.
