RBC Human Resources interview questions

I did not apply to a posting, but had been referred by someone. I had a longer (75 minute) meeting with centralized recruiting, which represented corporate groups. I was a bit surprised to find it was with two people in the room -- that had not been explained to me in advance, but I went with it. The 2nd person was just observing and didn't ask any questions in the end. Overall I thought the discussion was good, more of a 'profiling' chat than an interview but it was conducted well. In the end they came back and said nothing was available at my level at this time, with no other feedback.
