Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-what do you study in college
-what do you think is most important when a customer look for insurance
Easy, not difficult, they just want to know whether you’re able to talk to customers. It’s good job with decent pay. Don’t mind it but it’s a lot of work
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RBC (Ottawa, ON) in Feb 2020
Interview
Was sent a link for a calendar tab as an invitation for an interview for two days from the current day. When I arrived to the RBC Insurance location there was no one at the desk to greet and instead the interviewer came out of the office around the corner and said he wasn't expecting me because he never received confirmation from his invitation. I told him I e-mailed him back confirming, and then he shared that the two other candidates he interviewed that day also had "issues" accepting the invitation.

Question 1
There were no strict questions like "what are your strengths" or anything along those lines. It was a lot of him just talking and seeing if I was comfortable with the role. It was for Life & Wealth insurance so he warned me that it would be a lot of leg work on my part and said I wouldn't get any help from them to build clients.
