I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2019
Interview
Spoke with recruiter at a recruiting event and encouraged me to apply. Applied and received word that I would be going through an initial phone screen. The individual that I interviewed with was driving somewhere, so the phone screen took place while they were driving. I made it to the final rounds which was mostly behavioral with questions of clarification about items on my resume and my experience in school.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RBC (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2019
Interview
I interviewed during a 2019 Superday. 3 rounds, two 1:1 and one panel. I interviewed for a engineer intern role (capital markets) and was surprised at the lack of technical questions. Recruiters are very slow to get back and extremely unresponsive via phone and email. However, the interviewers are extremely polite.
