RBC Intern interview questions

Primarily focused on behavioral questions with minimal technical ones, emphasizing candidates who align well with company culture and values, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Base level technical questions were asked.

The interview process for the intern position consisted of a few rounds, and took place through zoom and offline. Interview questions were moderate. The interviewer was pretty nice and kind.
