The interview was very standard. They asked the regular introduce yourself and why you want to work here questions. The interviewer was also friendly. The whole interview took about 45 minutes.

my path and my status
simple process - applied online, interview with recruiter, interview with branch manager then offer letter. About a bit over a month for the whole process. The longest wait came from the period between getting a call from the branch manager. Interview with recruiter was easy going and typical questions. Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for rbc, tell me about a time you handled a difficult situation etc. interview with branch manager was also an easy going conversation with some lap over.
