I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Saint John, NB) in Sep 2014
Interview
Process started by being contacted by phone to conduct a Phone interview. They asked basic Customer Service questions Such as "Name a time you went beyond the call of duty for a customer" They then sent a behavior analysis that was sent by email that brought you to a link where you're asked a lot of questions, all multiple choice. You're then contacted by the branch manager from your desired location and they set up a face to face interview. During the face to face they ask you about your previous jobs. They ask about your previous sales experience etc.
Then you wait for your call back!

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a customer was charged a forty dollar Non-Sufficient Funds fee for not having the required funds for monthly service charges, and wanted the fund to be reversed?
Note: RBC Cannot, under any circumstances, reverse the fund.
It wasnt too bad. pretty entry level. salary not really negotiable. If you come in prepared with expectations around the roll based off of the job description, its pretty standard.
