Interview
Phone interview, then in person interview very basic more based on customer service quesitions. After completion they do extended background check on education, certification and previous employers. Make sure you prep accordingly know your resume you may be tested on dates and such to make sure you are not a fraud.
I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
