phone screen + portfolio review + 1 to many interview. Phone screening took 20-30 mins. portfolio was around a hour. The whole process took around a month and did background check and asked my visa status

Interview
The recruiter called for a brief introduction, job match, past work related questions and technologies used. Set up an in person interview date and time with the RBC manager. The whole interview was for about an hour. Was offered the position. Negotiated contract rate with recruiter to later accept the offer.
