RBC Administrative Assistant - Foundation interview questions

Two interviews. One with an associate, although the other person who was supposed to be there did not show up. Second interview was actually with five individuals, separately. Seemed very focused on cultural/team fit and less on qualifications. It was essentially the same interview five times. It wasn't a bad experience, it just felt like the position description was less befitting the position than the interview questions.
