Submitted my resume online and received a call a few days later from HR. Did an over the phone interview with the recruiter. He was very nice and had well thought out questions. Once that stage was cleared I went into the branch to meet with my "boss" again, many questions but very nice.

Interview
two phone interviews and one panel interview. Each phone interview was very detailed and rigorous, each took about an hour, however the HR staff who do the interviews are really professional. They try to create a relaxing environment to reduce your stress so that you can bring the best of you out of the interview. If you are prepared enough for possible questions you should be fine, just try to formulate answers into the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Results). The gap between the interviews could be long, up to a few weeks, but don't get frustrated, they will come back to you anyways whatever the results, HR won't put you a limbo. They are very professional.

Interview
I received a email from RBC to ask me to have an telephone interview one week after I applied online. They asked some basic questions and behavior questions. Not really difficult. I passed the telephone interview and they asked me to enter a group interview in the branch with the branch manager and the customer service manager.
