RBC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

i applied online and it took 2 months for processing. I had two phone interviews. First one was pre screening and second one was 30 mins behavioral questions. Why did you choose RBC? What are your strength, etc. There was not any complex question. if you have good preparation you will be suceeded. Then got a phone call to meet with the branch manager for last interview. It was more formal. There was normal conversation and job overview description. After couple of hours got the offer and accepted.
