I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
First i got a personality test. In 3 weeks i received a call for a telephone interview. After the telephone interview i received a call that i am going to a face to face interview. Waited for 5 weeks and i received a call to set my face to face interview. Both interviews are like chat conversations. Hiring manager and the recruiter were very friendly and easy to talk to. The phone interview is based mostly on your experience and scenarios. The face to face interview its mostly to get to know you better and understand better how your experience will fit with the role.
