RBC Iternship interview questions

Did an online assessment followed by a telephone interview. A combination of competency and technical questions followed by the opportunity to ask questions. Wanted candidates to show passion for IB as well as ability and talent.

The interview process was a phone screening mostly and a background check was performed. The interviewer was friendly and the phone screening was relatively quick, but this was because I was referred internally.
