RBC Mobile Customer Service Representative interview questions

I applied about 3 weeks ago, around aug 11th. A few days after I applied, they made me take a personality test. They called for a phone interview today Sept 3rd. There were no follow-ups in between so I wasn't sure if the position was already filled. More likely, they had a candidate that didn't work out. I didn't end up doing the interview since I had another offer I already accepted. HR seemed very nice and polite.

Received an email link to an assessment to a survey. Completed the assessment 2 days ago and now awaiting interview
