RBC Project Management interview questions

Applied online, got called a few days later for a phone screen. Set up an interview on site for a few days after that. Interview was very easy. It was one on one with the person who would be my future manager. She mostly told me about the position and asked me about my skills and strengths. Got the offer the next day.
