Online - many parts of personality, coding and math tests. All gave a combined rating which then led the company to decide if I proceed to the interview stage with a real person.

Friend referred me for one position. I received an phone interview after one week. The interview took 30 minutes. The interviewed jumped straight to the technical questions without asking about resume. I did not prepare well for those questions, and I was ghosted after the interview.
