RBC Software Developer interview questions

Initial coding assessment followed by 30-45 minute behavioural interview. Coding assessment always proctored and they got back to me roughly two weeks after the assessment for a follow up interview.

Interview started with a friendly recruiter call, followed by a straightforward algorithms question and brief system-design chat. Everything felt positive, but despite promises of feedback within a week, the company never responded—leaving a disappointing ghosting experience.
