RBC Software Developer interview questions

The hiring Manager called directly to schedule an interview and coworkers joined in the middle of the call but they made me feel really comfortable by letting me talk about my experience and scheduled the next round at head office

Tech questions, behavioral questions. They were very cold, not easy to build a connection with. Felt like I was being marked off an excel sheet, where there was no personality to it.
