RBC Summer Analyst interview questions

Telephone interview followed by a virtual assessment centre. Telephone interview was 30 minutes long. Overall recruitment process was heavily competency based and quite relaxed, all interviewers were really friendly. Telephone interview and assessment centre both started with "tell me about yourself", some questions based on this and then random competency/technical based questions.

1 preliminary phone screening, followed by two interviews with management. The first phone interview was fairly short where only behavioural questions were asked. The management interviews were about 1 hour, and covered more technical topics
