I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had one thirty minute phone interview. It consisted purely of questions about what was written on my resume. Not a single technical question was asked. They also didn't really ask annoying behavioral questions. It was mostly going through my resume for about 15 minutes and the rest of the time the interviewer asked me what questions I had for him and he explained a bit about the position.

Interview
Applied via campus recruiting website and had one first round phone interview with simple behavioral and technical questions. Super Day in San Francisco had 2 "fit" interviews with younger associates and then 1 technical with an MD. Followed by a case study and modeling exam (excel). Modeling exam consisted of a press release and financial statements from Hershey Company. Was asked to update current models and write a one page written response to update a hypothetical team and clients.

Interview
The interview process was very friendly and casual. They asked a few technical questions to make sure you knew your information, but the entire interview structure was much more behavioral to see if you would be a good fit.
