Phone screening with HR asking basic questions to get your profile. 3 separate interviews with Senior Managers and Partners all 30 minutes each. Very casual conversation type no real technical questions

was invited to interview for a position via cold email said they liked my experience turns out the hiring manager didn't like my experience but they still had me interview with other ppl instead of asking me if I wanted to continue even though I didn't align with what they wanted, they had me go through a 3rd interview when they had already made the conclusion I wasn't what they wanted waste of time ultimately
